Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We prayerfully extend this invitation to you to join the Joint College of Apostles and Bishops – Table 12 as a valued partner and participant in this sacred work. It would be our honor to welcome you into fellowship with leaders who are committed to sound doctrine, spiritual integrity, and biblical order.

As a partner, you are invited to:

• Attend and participate in our conferences

• Engage in specialized equipping and leadership trainings

• Participate in worship, impartation, and ministry collaboration at our gatherings

• Enroll in and attend our college for continued theological and ministerial development

We would truly love to have you join us at the table—as a partner, a learner, and a fellow laborer in the work of the Kingdom.

 

Covenant Benefits

• Foundational Equipping & Preparation
  Initial Equipping Training held in February, led by the Table Founders and Coordinators, to establish leaders in sound doctrine and good works (Ephesians 4:11–12).

• Table Identification
  Issuance of a Table Identification Card, signifying covenant relationship and accountability within the fellowship (Romans 12:5).

• Spiritual Covering & Godly Counsel
  Access to consultation, collaboration, conferring, and counsel from the Board when wisdom and discernment are required (Proverbs 11:14).

• Annual Convocation of Faith
  Yearly attendance at the Affirmation of Faith Conference each September, for encouragement, instruction, and unity in the Body (Hebrews 10:24–25).

• Ministry Participation
  Opportunity for your Praise Team or Choir to minister during the Affirmation of Faith Conference (Psalm 150:1–6).

• Educational Fellowship Benefit
  Eligibility to participate as a Fraternity Member for College Tuition, in accordance with established requirements and guidelines (Proverbs 4:7).

 

Covenant Partnership Fees

• Joining (Initiation) Fee:
  $150.00 — due upon entering covenant fellowship.

• Annual Assessment:
  $100.00 — due by January 15 of each year, supporting ongoing ministry and stewardship (1 Corinthians 4:2).

• Affirmation of Faith Conference Registration:
  $125.00 — covers the Senior Leader and spouse, along with five designated leaders, including Saturday luncheon.

• Fraternity Membership for College Tuition:
  $600.00 — non-refundable, subject to stated requirements and standards.

 

Important Covenant Notice

Those who are not Fraternity Members will not be eligible for conference disbursement.
